Vice City is a 38 shot multi-effects aerial barrage by Standard Fireworks that fires effects both vertically and in a fan shape across the sky.

The colours in Vice City are not the normal red and green but yellow and purple which is the first thing that makes Vice City stand out from the crowd. All of the vertical fired effects in Vice City are quite noisy but the fan-shaped effects are low noise wriggling fish stars or the coloured falling leaf effect.

David & Sally's opinion: A mixture of noisy and quiet effects featuring some more unusual colours.
