Kestrel Rockets by Black Cat Fireworks are flash rockets so to a certain extent, you can ignore how big the rocket heads are because it's what's inside them that counts rather than how big they are.

The Kestrel Rocket Pack contains 6 flash rockets. There are six different effects so you get one of each effect in the pack.
